Artifice

Originally from San Diego, Jessica Baynes holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Modern Dance from the University of Utah. Jessica has presented dance research at TEDxSaltLakeCity, United Nations Civil Society, and National Dance Education Organization. She has taught on faculty at the University of Utah School of Dance and the Ballet West Academy. She has also guest taught for institutions such as Brigham Young University, Weber State University, Dance for Parkinson’s Disease, and Movement Exchange. Jessica has spent over a decade studying Irish dance and Flamenco. Baynes spent her teenage years touring through the southern California region with the Sabor Andaluz Dance Company and various Latin bands as a Flamenco dancer. Within one year of taking up modern dance and ballet, Jessica was accepted to San Diego School of Creative and Performing Arts.
