Debra Ruh's life changed when her beautiful down syndrome daughter Sara was born. Debra went to to become a passionate advocate for people with disabilities and a successful entrepreneur who founded three companies to assist companies in tapping the potential of people with disabilities.  In this interview, we explore how creating an accessible and inclusive business workplace makes economic sense - and how enlarging our definition of "what is normal" creates more room and possibility for us all.
