Weekly Spiritual Group Cultivation (SGC) on 29 March 2020 Ask Me Anything Shifu shares with us on the practice of contemplation of our own mortality, and extend it to those close to us to help us deal with grief and loss of loved ones. He also shares with us pointers on how to communicate the reality of suffering in life to non-Buddhists in a factual manner, so that others may be more receptive to our sharing without religious connotation.
