New York-based foursome Charly Bliss channels a fuzzy and effervescent strand of 90s pop-punk while making its own stamp on the genre. The band plays three songs from its debut full-length "Guppy" and singer/guitarist Eva Hendricks talks about the band's experiences on the road and in the studio.
