Marta On The Move chills with Aaron Ingley, and Julia Erickson, Ballet dancers and founders of Barre,- A Real Food Bar and Naomi Auth co-owner and brewer at Red Star Kombucha. My husband Phil and I have, over the years, tried make everything in terms of food and drink ourselves.  Whether it be beer, wine, mead, food.  You name it, we have tried it.  We also have been trying to take the approach of cleaner eating.  Kombucha has live cultures that help as probiotics, and Barre Bars are the closest thing to what I make at home to boost energy.
