Some people are babysat. What I mean is, Some people are groomed to be an executive. You need to understand people belong to certain circles. You have to find out their likes, dislikes, interests, and coach them. You want to be parallel with them. Not out of compliance. You're not going to adopt their political beliefs, etc. But so there is less friction in the interaction. You know how to mesh with them well. The goal is to identify the problem(s) of the executive. Then help them play the game better. The game of life and business. Helping them to get through their challenges.
