Thomas Bjørnsen is a PhD student at the University of Agder focusing on skeletal muscle adaptions to blood flow restricted resistance exercise. He is also a lecture at the University of Agder in Norway where he teaches on various topics within sport science including exercise physiology, neuromuscular physiology and biomechanics.
