Have you ever experienced a tough time in your life? I know I have! There have been several seasons in my life when things were hard. There’s no other way to say it. Times when I lost a close friend, or experienced a serious health scare, or didn’t know how I was going to pay the bills. Maybe you can relate to these situations. Or maybe you’re experiencing difficulty in a different way; like coping with loneliness, or struggling with fear about financial security, or dealing with a relationship problem. Whatever is burdening you, I want to encourage you to turn to the living God during the tough stuff. The Bible says in John 16:33, “I have said these things to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation, but take heart; I have overcome the world.” I encourage you to seek God’s comfort and peace by praying, reading in the Bible, or talking to a friend at church about the struggles in your life. Remain faithful even in hard times. God sees you. He knows you. He loves you. You aren
