I had breakfast with a friend of mine, David Dodge, who does a lot of deals. And I was one of the guys who helped him get started about 6 or 7 years ago. I remember when he started, he spent tens of thousands of dollars on education but wasn't doing anything with it.He needed a coach to clear the distractions and point him to where he needed to focus.
