Gavin Timms and I just completed one of our Implementation Workshops. We used more role plays this time and people seemed to get a lot out of them. We also practiced filling out contracts, analyzing deals and making offers. Basically, we spent time on real-world tasks that everybody in this business should know how to do seamlessly.
