The gang was out and about in the last week...They hit Fruition Farm & Creamery to learn about Denver-made cheeses & also Hotel Teatro for a cured meat seminar of preparing a fire appetizer... They hung out with 2018 James Beard Award winning chef Alex Seidel, the Cheese-Shepherd himself Jimmy Warren, and CB3 partied with The Nickel crew downtown, eating the dankest of the cured meat family. Everyone is full as a tick & happy as a clam.
