We have 12 things that I think you might want to do or at least look into some of them with reference to home ownership owning your residents. And if you happen to be renting, maybe you can talk to your landlord about it. But these things are going to potentially protect your home throughout the fall in the winter months. Now in southern California, we usually don't get that bad weather, but there are a few things on this list that I would maintain every year on residence as I own, just to make sure that we don't have any issues. So the first thing, looking around your residents, I don't know how your windows are, but you might want to kind of go have a look, see if anything's broken.
