All leaders have some type of bias!! That is a fact. It's important that leaders recognize that putting the work in to recognize what that bias is while also seeking the education to unlearn incorrect information and learn CORRECT information is HIGHLY important. That is because how we view the world dictates how we see ourselves and others which also influences our decision- making.  That then trickles down to how we lead in organizations and companies.
