Sha' Carri Richardson has been coined the fastest woman in the world but lost the opportunity to be a part of the U.S. Olympic team.  This was due to a failed drug test that identified she utilized marijuana which she admitted she used to cope after navigating the loss of her mother and the stress of her role as an athlete.  This caused a lot of stir as some individuals believe  this rule is outdated while some believe her suspension was warranted.  What happens when your high-performing and top-producing team member breaks a rule?
