Four guests on today's edition of BangTheBook Radio shared their thoughts with us across a wide swath of conference tournaments with some golf and college football mixed in. Host Adam Burke started the show talking PLAYERS Championship with Brian Blessing and then the guys talked about the MAC and A-10 Conference Tournaments. To round out the first hour, Ralph Michaels joined us to chat about the Big East, Sun Belt, and SEC Conference Tournaments with betting odds, picks, and predictions. Hour 2 started with Tony George of Doc's Sports, as he had some eye-opening stats and trends regarding byes in conference tournaments. Then the guys discussed the Big 12 Tournament and the Big Ten Tournament with some betting angles and predictions. Finally, Brad Powers joined us to talk about college football season win totals that popped up yesterday. It was back to college hoops then to look at the ACC, the Mountain West, the Pac-12, and the AAC.

It's a new week on BangTheBook Radio and a very big week at that. We're only doing three shows this week, but all will be extended as we try to cover as much as we can regarding conference tournaments and the other spots. We started off today with the Monday Mailbag, as host Adam Burke answered listener questions about college basketball, MLB, and the industry as a whole. Kyle Hunter from HunterSportsPicks.com joined us for the first of two Handicapping the Hardwood segments this week. The guys hit the MAC, MEAC, Sun Belt, SWAC, ACC, P12, A10, Big East, Big 12 conference tournaments on today's show, which leaves us 10 of them to discuss for Wednesday's show. The guys looked at futures bets, tournament betting trends, totals angles, and a whole lot more for these nine conference tournaments.

Three segments finished out our week on BangTheBook Radio. Host Adam Burke started with an interview with Ian Epstein from PropSwap, a marketplace for buying and selling futures bets and prop bets. The guys talked about how it works, what the benefits are for the buyer and the seller, and also talked about the 12 states in which it is legal to buy tickets. Christian Pina from the Sports Gambling Podcast is also our UFC writer at BangTheBook.com and he shared his thoughts for the UFC on ESPN+ 4 card in Wichita with a main event of Derrick Lewis vs. Junior dos Santos. The guys also discussed the other fights on the Fight Night 146 card to get Christian's top picks and predictions. Finally, Adam wrapped up the show by talking about the AL Central for the 2019 MLB season. There are some interesting futures betting opportunities in the very top-heavy American League Central this season, where the Indians look to be challenged only by the Twins while the Tigers, Royals, and White Sox fight for scraps.

Two professional handicappers joined us for this Thursday edition of BangTheBook Radio, as host Adam Burke started off the program with Brad Powers of BradPowersSports.com. The guys talked about college football spring games and spring practices and Brad used the example of Arizona State's spring game to illustrate how he uses those in his preseason plans. Then the guys took a look at the Duke Blue Devils and Zion Williamson and what the team's chances are without him. The guys also talked about the bubble and pressure on teams in one-bid leagues. They also took a quick look at the West Coast Conference. Tony George from Doc's Sports also joined us today. The guys scouted the Missouri Valley Conference Tournament, which begins tonight, and some general conference tournament betting tips, angles, and strategies. The guys also elaborated on the NBA betting market by looking at ways to combine the statistics with the situational betting angles that Tony has used to his advantage all season long.

We wrapped up our conference tournament previews for this week by hitting on five more and also talked some PGA Tour golf on today's edition of BangTheBook Radio. We eased our way back into it today on BangTheBook Radio, as host Adam Burke made his return to the airwaves following a bout with pneumonia. We finished the week as we started it. Our conference by conference breakdowns continued with a conference that has seen some strong teams like Bucknell and Lehigh in recent years and Kyle gave us his thoughts on this year's version. The guys also looked at some fade/follow teams and some games for this weekend, including Tennessee vs. LSU, Florida State vs. North Carolina, and Michigan State vs. Michigan.

The show must go on. Under-the-weather host Adam Burke didn't want to leave our BangTheBook Radio listeners hanging to start the week, so he battled through on this February 18 edition of the show. Adam and Kyle dug deep into the SWAC, one of the conferences that wasn't regularly lined up until this year, to look at some betting angles and profile the teams in that very low-major conference. They also looked at some regression candidates, some follow/fade teams, and four games coming up the rest of this week. Wes Reynolds joined us to chat some college basketball and also to break down the Genesis Open on today's show. The guys took a look at name-brand teams and when to try to pinpoint upsets now that we're in the dog days of winter and there have been some good teams that have gone down and others that have come close. The Genesis Open at Riviera features an outstanding field this week and a lot of different handicapping angles. Wes talked about his favorite picks for the event.

As a result, host Adam Burke got together with Christian Pina of the Sports Gambling Podcast and our BangTheBook UFC writer to talk about UFC 234. It isn't a great card, but we made a great segment out of it by discussing the different betting tools and strategies that are at your disposal within this market. The guys talked about some arbitrage opportunities and some parlay betting options for the fights. Christian did share his top fight opinions and broke down the main event between Robert Whittaker and Kelvin Gastelum and also talked about the other fights on the card, including Israel Adesanya vs. Anderson Silva and Smilin' Sam Alvey's matchup.

The guys also took an extended look at the Big Ten to figure out what's wrong with Michigan State and rank some of the other teams in the conference.
