We changed things up a little bit on BangTheBook Radio this week. With no shows on Friday or Monday, we wanted to get another segment with Kyle Hunter on the program for this week, so he was our leadoff hitter on the Wednesday February 6 edition of the show. Host Adam Burke talked MAAC college hoops with Kyle and the guys took a look at a few more games later in the week, including the big battle between Duke and Virginia on Saturday night. This was a shorter segment than most with Kyle, but still packed with info. Wes Reynolds also joined us on the program, as the guys talked about the NBA Trade Deadline and its effects on the handicapping market, the upcoming All-Star Break, and some general basketball betting tips. They also discussed rematches in college basketball and some betting angles that go along with those opportunities. Finally, they wrapped up the segment and the show with a look at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am to talk picks and betting tips.

Our regular Tuesday guests are always full of great information and that was the case again on this February 5 edition of BangTheBook Radio. Host Adam Burke started off the show chatting some NHL and some golf with Brian Blessing of Sportsbook Radio and Vegas Hockey Hotline. The day after the Super Bowl is a tough one in a lot of ways, but we got past it and got the week off on the right foot with a new edition of BangTheBook Radio. Host Adam Burke chatted with Joe Everett of NFL Draft Bible and DraftScouts to wrap up the NFL season and start the look-ahead to 2019. The guys talked about the Patriots and Rams and also looked at some teams that could make a big splash over the offseason. Kyle Hunter of HunterSportsPicks.com and BangTheBook.com joined us for this week's Handicapping the Hardwood segment. The guys talked about the Horizon League to uncover some good betting angles in that low-major conference and also discussed fade/follow and regression teams to help you bang the books in college hoops. Four game breakdowns for this week, including Kansas vs. Kansas State and LSU vs. Mississippi State, finished out the segment.

Three segments wrapped up this week on BangTheBook Radio, as host Adam Burke was joined by three very smart and savvy guests for three very different segments. The guys talked about all the teams in the Southern Conference, including Wofford and Furman, and also previewed four games for this weekend, including North Carolina at Louisville. Christian Pina joined us to break down UFC Fight Night 144 in Fortaleza, Brazil with a main event between Raphael Assuncao and Marlon Moraes. The guys touched on that fight and also fights featuring Demian Maia, Lyman Good, Jose Aldo, and Renato Moicano. Christian shared some of his top picks and plays for this fight. A phenomenal version of The Odds Report ended our season with Brent from DSI Sportsbook. The guys talked sharp action for Super Bowl 53, including money that has come in on the side, total, and various other prop bets.

With only two editions of BangTheBook Radio left before Super Bowl LIII, there was no better time to bring on two professional handicappers, as host Adam Burke talked with Brad Powers and Tony George about Patriots vs. Rams and some college hoops. The guys chatted about some early Super Bowl LIII thoughts on the side and total and then moved over to college hoops to break down the Summit League and their usual talking points on regression candidates and fade/follow teams. They also looked at a collection of games for this week, including a deep under the radar game, a Big Ten clash between Wisconsin and Nebraska, and some other small conference matchups.
