No limitations
17/10/2010Believers, according to Jesus, are "not of this world." Why then, do we live restricted by the limitations that others tend to impose on us? If "all things are possible to him who believes" (Mark 9:23), then surely believers should live an unlimited life. In this message, Dr Jerry Savelle challenges mindsets and encourages God's people to think bigger.

Cut it out or cut it off
10/10/2010God thinks sin is really serious - why? Today Peter tells us how we need to be ruthless to deal with the causes of sin, because its consequences can affect us eternally and damage the very source of our lives - our heart.

What does God think about divorce?
03/10/2010Today in the UK half of all marriages end in divorce - this fact has massive implications on every aspect of society. The Bible has a lot to say about the subject of divorce, offering wisdom to the married, protection for the children and hope for the divorced.

Indecent intention
26/09/2010God is not against sex! He designed it for pleasure within marriage. Jesus identified adultery as not just the physical act, but even the intention to lust. You were not made for sex but for God, the ultimate source of satisfaction.

Crimes of the heart
19/09/2010Are you the same on the inside as you are on the outside? We readily accept that murder of another human being deserves God's judgement, but Jesus said the intention to murder starts in the heart as anger and bitterness - which equally deserve His judgement.

Dont let the voices stop you
05/09/2010If you are intent on fulfilling your God-given purpose in life, you will hear many opposing "voices" trying to undermine, accuse, discourage and distract you from your destiny. In this message we learn Nehemiah's successful strategy to overcome all distractions as he completed the work of God.

Gifted
22/08/2010"All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be" (Ps. 139:16). It would be tragic not to fulfil the unique purpose God had in mind for you before you were even born. In this message you will hear how your God-given giftings are a massive indicator of your calling in life.

Moved
15/08/2010What are you passionate about? That's the most important question to ask when searching for life purpose. When God's passion becomes your passion, then you'll find your purpose. As Nehemiah walked with God, God's passion for Jerusalem became Nehemiah's passion: to rebuild its demolished walls & restore its reputation.

I'd like you to meet your Father
08/08/2010Jesus made it clear that our first priority as Christians ought to be to "love God with all of our hearts, soul, mind and strength." Many Christians struggle to do this because the image of God they've held in their minds is a misrepresentation, a warped view of God. In this message, Graeme seeks to dispel common myths about the nature of God and introduce us to His Father heart.

His-story
01/08/2010Ever wondered which OT laws are still applicable in the NT age, and which should be discontinued? Or wondered if we are still required to obey the Ten Commandments? In this message Pete shows how keeping external laws (religion) can never change our internal motives (sin) or make us right with God. God did not abolish those OT laws, but He fulfilled them in Jesus who gave His sinless life as a once-and-for-all offering for our sin to bring us to God through faith in Him.

Why on earth?
18/07/2010Bad news and good news! The bad news is that the world is regressing into dark moral decay. The good news is that God's solution is to populate the earth with His citizens to bring light into darkness, hinder decay and transform society through their influence. In this message we learn how to be effective citizens.

Persecuted
11/07/2010Jesus said that those who are persecuted are blessed - this seems like a crazy statement in a world that emphasizes getting satisfaction with no personal sacrifice. In this message you will discover why Jesus considered true persecution a blessing.
-
Peacemaker
04/07/2010We learn from this message that the Bible's definition of peace is not the absence of conflict (as in a truce) but is found through being at peace with God who can remove our sin, which is the cause and root of our conflict with both God and man.
-
Merciful recipients of mercy
20/06/2010Is God's mercy towards us His response to our mercy towards others? Or is our merciful response to other a response to God's immeasurable mercy towards us? In this message you'll discover the scale of God's mercy towards us which will give you a fresh motivation in showing mercy to others.
-
Soul satisfaction
13/06/2010Humans hunger and thirst. Sadly instead of pursuing a right relationship with God we hunger and thirst after secondary things in life. In this message Jesus teaches us the primary thing we should hunger and thirst after, which results in satisfaction we've all been looking for.

Tame that wild horse
06/06/2010Jesus said: "Blessed are the meek, for they shall inherit the earth." A meek person isn't someone with a weak personality but rather it's a person who has brought their strengths under God's control. In this message Peter unpacks the true meaning of meekness from the Bible.

Good mourning
30/05/2010In a world that is devoted to seeking pleasure, Jesus' statement - "Blessed are those who mourn...", seems to completely go against the grain. In this message we look at what type of "mourning" Jesus considers blessed and we'll investigate what it means to be truly "comforted".
