Roger Atkins drops into the pod for a short and sweet chat about the development in Formula E. This podcast was recorded on the roof of the fantastic Genesis stand at Fully Charged LIVE (And is absolutely nothing to do with Phil Collins). Dan Caesar doesn't need much introduction to the Fully Charged aficionados as he drops into Roberts's kitchen to make his podcast debut and talk all things FC, including some amazing info about the upcoming live show in Farnborough. There is of course some time for debate about blue and green hydrogen, Elon Musk's Twitter activities and of course, it wouldn't be a chat with Dan without some proper home energy discussion.

What is the importance of mining lithium in North America? CEO Philip Gross and his company Snow lake Lithium explore lithium mineral resources and are positioned to capitalize on the rapid growth in demand for lithium, driven by the electrification of the global automobile fleet. This could have a huge impact on EV production, especially in the US and Canada.

A San Diego native, Ricky Roy is a Mechanical, Aero and Software Engineer and known predominantly for his Youtube channel 'Two Bit da Vinci' which focuses on amazing sustainable stories around the world. Ricky Roy is also the new North American Correspondent for Fully Charged having recently reviewed the Rivian Electric Truck.

Ian Johnston is CEO of Osprey who are currently building a rapid charger network nationwide. Osprey's aim is to provide the maximum power to as many customers as possible simultaneously Osprey provides charging sites that are accessible, easy to use, require no membership or connection fee and operate a simple contactless, no fuss payment method. Robert (unsurprisingly) can't wait to get out there and test them out.

Jenny is a Solar Analyst for Bloomberg NEF produces the best data and analysis available on the global solar industry, which is going to grow dramatically for the foreseeable future. She is also author of "Solar Power Finance Without the Jargon" Solar power has become big business, with $131 billion invested in 2018, up from just $11.2 billion in 2004, but which countries are really doing their bit? 

Dr Brian Hongdi Gu is Xpeng Vice Chairman and President. Xpeng was founded in 2014, two years after the Launch of the Tesla Model S and it has since gone from strength to strength ever since. Dr Gu received a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Washington in 1997, a master's degree in business administration from Yale University in 1999, and a bachelor's degree in chemistry from the University of Oregon in 1993.

The better-known concept of Universal Basic Income (UBI), which would provide everyone with a basic level of financial support has certainly got airtime over recent years, but a similar concept has caught the attention of us at Fully Charged and beyond. James Barclay was appointed team director for Jaguar's Formula E programme in November 2015 and he has been responsible for managing the exciting return to motorsport in the ABB FIA Formula E World Championship for the British brand. Over the last six years, James has overseen the growth of Jaguar TCS Racing into a race-winning team, thanks to the team's first Formula E win at the Rome E-Prix in April 2019. Jaguar's first international motorsport victory since 1991.
