The process towards changing for the better and taking positive steps in the right direction is not about doing so over night, but rather making one small change after another and allowing them to add up over time. 28/10/2019 Duración: 05min

You see, “normal” is a myth. There is no such thing as normal. There is no such thing as perfect. There is no such thing as flawless. On the other hand however, what there are plenty of, are imperfections and flaws, and THAT IS OKAY! 07/10/2019 Duración: 03min

The debate on specialization has been around for quite some time. There has always been and always will be people on both sides of the argument. On one hand, you have an incredible example of Tiger Woods, who started specializing in the game of golf since the time he could walk.
