I Heart My Life Show

Start giving yourself permission to live the life that you want.  This is coming up because we’re launching the I Heart My Life Signature Course which has been a long time in the making… and it’s based off of my book, I Heart My Life. As we’ve started creating the course I’ve stepped back and thought through all of the things that came together that resulted in me writing my book. The biggest thing that popped up for me was the permission piece. You see, I always knew I wanted to write a book. I love to write and I actually got my student visa to London to take Master’s classes on writing books. I wrote a book during that time that may or may not ever be published, but what I realized is that I truly wanted to be published. When the opportunity came up for me to write I Heart My Life I knew that I wanted to write it in a place that I felt inspired. W
