It's something that I think we need to talk more about because I know that it's a conversation that people often sweep under the rug. They feel uncomfortable talking about it, and they don't actually have the information that they need to make wise decisions when it comes to choosing a coach and moving forward in a program or course that they know will support them. We all have stuff come up for us that tries to stop us from going to the next level. Being aware of it and moving past it is part of the upleveling process. I recently made a six-figure investment, so I have some firsthand knowledge about dealing with those fears. In this episode, I'm sharing what comes up for me when I make big decisions like working with a coach and making an investment.
