We have helplessly watched it spread like fire (of the lungs) across the World and arrive upon our shores; as if an invisible army has cast war upon us all and our only defense is to sit in isolation. Our streets, parks, and town centers, once filled with people, noise, and energy have become ghost towns, filled only by the eerie feeling that emptiness commands. We collectively participate in separation for the “greater good” of our people and their survival, playing a waiting game of “who’s next”, seemingly unified by hard-to-bare news. Yet even still our emotions, perspectives, political idealisms, and personal experiences remain greatly divided, and there is only one unanimous certainty…We are all participating in a global historical moment!
