For over a decade we have gathered together on New Year’s Day to join our hearts and open our minds to spirit’s insights on the year ahead. We relax, clear the field and release the energy of the previous year in meditation  and channel a message live from our friends and greatest supporters in spirit. It is always loving, soulfully nourishing, and offers the opportunity to see life from the bigger picture perspective. We have helplessly watched it spread like fire of the lungs across the World and arrive upon our shores; as if an invisible army has cast war upon us all and our only defense is to sit in isolation. Our streets, parks, and town centers, once filled with people, noise, and energy have become ghost towns, filled only by the eerie feeling that emptiness commands. We collectively participate in separation for the “greater good” of our people and their survival, playing a waiting game of “who’s next” seemingly unified by hard-to-bare news. Yet even still our emotions, perspectives, political idealisms, and personal experiences remain greatly divided, and there is only one unanimous certainty.
