Today on Rebel Weight Loss and Lifestyle we are discussing 4 mainstream lies keeping you obese, or fat or overweight.  Whatever you want to call it we are going through 4 of those lies today. Lie #1 - "Well it's just I can't lose that baby weight" - If you just had a baby you do not need to be back to your normal weight immediately after you have a child but at some point it is time to get moving and get that weight off. Lie #2 - "Weight gain is a part of getting older and there's nothing you can do about it" - Age is just a number.  It doesn't have to be an issue and in Code Red we have had over 60,000 people achieve their goals and it all has nothing to do with age.  We have so many examples of proving this within Code Red. Lie #3 - "Well, you're overweight because that's just how you're built" -  I know there is frame size, small, medium, and large frame size for people but a bigger frame does not mean you should be overweight. Lie #4 - "Your obesity is genetic. You'll always be fat" - Genetics do play a r
