In times of grief, we need to know that Jesus loves us, and has a purpose in every situation.

God has given us good works to do in reaching out to the strangers and aliens in our midst.

David had a plan, but God had a different plan, just as God sometimes has better plans than our plans.

Because Christ withstood and satisfied the wrath of God for us, we can walk in the Spirit.

Jesus is getting us ready for the future. 

We have to be focused on advancing the gospel even as we discuss end time details that are important.

Jesus will judge every false shepherd and unbeliever for their rejection of Him.

Jesus will judge every false teacher for their religious sins. 

We should watch out for false teachers who are full of hypocrisy and pride, and instead ask the Lord to make us humble servants.

When we feel spiritually depressed and disconnected, we must continuously counsel our own hearts to trust in God's covenant promises.

Fear is real, but our savior has come to conquer sin and death, so that we can trust Him without fear.

Jesus Christ is the only one who can save us from our sinful gloom and give us glorious joy.

We must believe that Jesus is the Christ - who is the Son of David and the Son of God.

Jesus silences every enemy by telling us what is at the heart of our faith – loving God and loving others.  

We can walk in rest when we choose to step by the rhythm of these two truths: We are merely creatures, and God alone is our Creator and Redeemer.

If you really want to know God, receive His Son and believe what He says about God’s Word and God’s Power.

When you try to discredit the Son of God with an argument, you will lose every time.

God will save the sinner who receives His Son, but destroy the sinner who continually rejects Him. 

We should marvel over God’s redemptive plan through His Son Jesus Christ that saved us and built the church.

Because God’s law cannot enable us to live a holy life, it is certain that all of us who have been converted by grace through faith in Jesus Christ will experience constant conflict with our sin.
