I think that's how some Christians spiral, is because they don't do this and so they're so infrequent in this that they really fall into an ongoing despair, a deep despair, thinking God doesn't see, God doesn't know, God doesn't care, there's no answer for me, there's nowhere to turn. You've gotten there because you have neglected the one thing, the Lord says do this. enter into the closet, shut the door, make it known, and learn afresh. God is your Father and He sees. He sees it.
