If the enemy's greatest tool is deception, our most potent weapon is truth and lots of it. I always figure, if we are not depressed from time to time, we aren't paying close enough attention. But that needn't be our way of life. Head into the wind, against the current - that would be us, and we get weary. Sometimes we get anxious, and it can be debilitating.
