Growing a small group community across a local church has always been a challenge for church leaders. This workshop was put on for churches who are interested in or considering multisite as a way of multiplying the church in their context. There is no one way to do multisite and during this seminar, Steve & Tammy explored some different models and leadership structures and talked about some of the lessons learnt in transitioning a church in this direction. Steve & Tammy lead the Central Vineyard, a church gathering in four different locations across Northamptonshire. They also serve as the Regional Leaders for the Midlands and the North.
