Yet, around the world, it’s estimated that nearly 322 Christians die each month simply because they believe in Jesus. That’s nearly 11 every day. How can we help those around the world? How can we handle ourselves when we are persecuted and challenged in our own faith. For years the church and Christians at large have been okay with talking about things like alcohol addiction, broken marriages, character flaws, etc. But, what answer does the church have when people battle anxiety, depression and mental illness? Is it simply to pray it away? Do I not have enough faith if it doesn’t go away? There are so many questions and more often than not there are very little answers. What does the Bible have to say about this? Is there any hope for people wrestling with this? How can you help people who are battling these things?

Did you know that God not only trusts you, but wants to use your life to impact others? Is it hard for you to trust God and let Him in to your life? In this one week message we explore what God has to say about trust in us and trusting Him. It isn’t always an easy thing to do, but it’s a beautiful thing when we can learn to engage trust in God.

Instructions manuals are great, but they are rarely used. Usually we try to just dive in and figure things out on our own. Sometimes we get it right, but often it doesn’t go the way we intended. In those instances, it’s like we are holding on by a thread. Like life is so paper thin that at any moment it could tear and we’d fall apart. Let’s learn about what it means to study and understand God’s story. In this series, we’ll take a look at the Bible and what it’s so important to study, engage and live it’s teaching on a regular basis.
