What a week we had in the world of football. Between the College Football Championship and a weekend full of NFL playoff action, we were all glued to our couches watching football, just as God intended.

Along with our Studs and Duds, the ladies take a look at the Jaguars, NFL's Black Monday and discuss why the College Football Playoffs had such a dramatic drop in ratings.

Miko Grimes, wife to Dolphins Brent Grimes, was in the news again for voicing her concerns over the direction of the franchise and player personnel. And she didn't exactly say it free of curse words. But besides the cursing, does she make valid points?

Gilbert Arenas said some dumb things about the WNBA. Also our studs and duds of the week, Christmas celebrations and how far would you go to support your bae?

In one of our most heated debates to date, the girls of Helmets and Heels discuss if Serena Williams deserved Sports Illustrated's "SportsPerson of the Year" title. And when we say "discuss" we mean yell. Very loudly.

Jaguars breakout star Bryan Williams has been a stud on the team this year. But when we called him a "short little guy" we meant it in a totally nice way.

On a special #GivingTuesday, the ladies of Helmets and Heels helped speed along the all-day effort for the Tom Coughlin Jay Fund which helps families with emotional and financial support for children diagnosed with cancer. We also dive into college football rankings, studs/duds of the week, our desires for Super Bowl halftime show and if Tim Tebow should have given it up to now-ex girlfriend Olivia Culpo.

Lauren, Amanda and Blythe discuss Michael Wilbon's comments on bloggers from "their mother's basement" comments and how this reflects on traditional media such as newspapers to the writers for sites like SB Nation and Barstool. Plus we're joined in studio with Alex from the UK aka one of the biggest Jaguars fan from across the pond.

One of the top wide receivers in the NFL in Allen Robinson join the ladies of Helmets and Heels to talk about the upcoming divisional matchup against the hated Titans, outlook for the rest of the season and answers the all important, "is a hot dog a sandwich?"
