When Jesus talks about "The World", He is talking about the rule of satan and his organized system of thought that is in direct opposition against everything that is God's. We are God's, in Christ Jesus. Therefore, as "The World" hated Jesus first. Know this, it hates you too! Therefore armor dear Christian, armor up!

Giving Honor and Glory To God By our Witness begins with Loving your neighbor as yourself, Jesus said. Paul said it this way in Galatians 6:10: As you have opportunity, do good unto all men, especially those of the household of faith! Jesus lays it on the line to us in Matthew 25:31 to the end of the chapter. May our service and hospitality be a witness for God and bring souls to Christ Jesus our Lord

God has always used events to open the eyes of those who have refused to believe in Him. Acts 16 shows how God used something like the imprisonment of Paul and Silas, to lead people to Christ.God can, no God expects His people today, to use this Corona Virus event as a means of evangelizing the world for Jesus Christ! Watch God respond to the active faith of Paul and Silas. Listen as God works mightily on behalf of their positive reaction to a bad situation and uses it for His glory and honor!

Resurrection Day! The Tomb is empty and to prove it, Jesus presented Himself ALIVE, to many people with infallible proof. To Mary Magdalene, to the other women, To the disciples, to James, to Cleopas and Paul and over 500 brethren at one time. What did the resurrection mean to those who saw Him? There comes a time when things need to be handed down. This goes with power and responsibilities as well. We explore the story of Elijah the prophet being told it is his time to pass on. He is going to take a ride on a chariot of fire, and he is to pass the mantle of the prophet of Israel on to Elisha. What a fascinating story this is.In like manner, Jesus has also ascended up to the Father and is seated at the right hand of God. He has passed his mantle of discipleship down to us as well. We are the ambassadors for Christ in this world. What a great privilege and honor it is that Christ has left us with. We must go into all the world, teach the gospel to every creature, baptizing them in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, and teaching them after that to observe all things whatsoever Jesus has given us to teach as we follow in His steps.

Have you ever asked that question? Abraham did. At the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, Abraham asked God, "will you destroy the righteous with the wicked". Will not the God of Righteousness do what is right?The last piece of our series "is this the end times", deals with this question. Jesus said as it was in the days of Noah, and in the days of Lot, so will it be with the coming of the Son of Man. We look at the great flood, and Sodom and Gomorrah and ask, will God destroy us during the tribulation period, or are we spared like Noah and Lot. Come along and find out!

There are many voices and speculations in the world today. Is this the end of time. are we in the last days. The epistle to the Thessalonians says: We are not appointed unto wrath. And this lesson proves it from the scriptures. May you be blessed comforted by this study.

God had promised since the garden of Eden, a Savior, to crush the head of the serpent, and redeem the world of sin. Many promises were given to let people know who it would be.He would be born in Bethlehem, of the lineage of David. He would be born of a virgin, and the government would be upon His shoulders.And when the fulness of time came, the Virgin Mary, brought forth her firstborn Son. Wrapped Him in swaddling clothes, and laid Him in a Manger.The Angels of the Heavenly Host announced the birth to the shepherds. Go into Bethlehem and see. For today, born unto you, is the Savior, which is, Christ the Lord!And this shall be the sign to you. You will find the Baby wrapped in swaddling clothes, laying in a manger. God has made over 7000 promises in His Word for us to place our trust, hope and faith in. He fulfills them all. We take a look at the promise that God made in the garden and then in the Psalms and with the Prophets. I will send forth a Savior, born of a virgin, who will take away the sin of the world.
