Summary: A general partner (GP) is typically an experienced investor who is responsible for the management of the daily operations of the investment. In this podcast, we talk about how you can become a GP without having too much experience and with no money down. If you are an accredited investor and have over $3 million dollars in net worth, you can come into the deal and pool your net worth together with the other GP's. Essentially you're levering your net worth to get into the GP.

The goal is to add enough value to a property so that you can recoup your capital when you refinance.
