In this FNF message, Princeton alum, Jeremy Chen '11,  gives a thoughtful and challenging reflection on 2 Corinthians 4:10 and what it means that we are "... always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies."

Chris Sallade delivers a message from Acts 6:1-7 about what we should respond when (not if!) we fail to love our neighbor well.

Chris Sallade offered this short message of encouragement at our on campus Easter Service, showing how two everyday objects point us to the work of Christ.(Apologies for the lower audio quality and background noise as this was recorded in a large tent with several industrial fans going throughout the meeting time.)

Bill Boyce offers a Good Friday reflection on the Biblical word "Amen" and particularly reflects on 2 Corinthians 1:20, "For no matter how many promises God has made, they are 'Yes' in Christ. And so through him the 'Amen' is spoken by us to the glory of God. "

Chris Sallade day teaches on how Christ bore our burdens and therefore we are also called to bear the burdens of others. Galatians 6:2 "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ."

David Keddie continues our series on love by reflecting on Luke 7:36-50, where the woman with the alabaster jar anoints Jesus' feet. Jesus says of her "Do you see this woman? I entered your house; you gave me no water for my feet, but she has wet my feet with her tears and wiped them with her hair. You gave me no kiss, but from the time I came in she has not ceased to kiss my feet. You did not anoint my head with oil, but she has anointed my feet with ointment. Therefore I tell you, her sins, which are many, are forgiven—for she loved much. But he who is forgiven little, loves little.”

Bill Boyce teaches on what it means to love others with our speech: “For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.” Matthew 12:34 And he particularly reflect on a series of interactions between Jesus and Peter where Jesus loves Peter by speaking truth to him. 

In this message, Chris Sallade reflects on the beauty of love, looking at the anointing of Jesus recorded in Mark 14:3-9, when the disciples scolded the woman for her extravagance, but Jesus said, “Leave her alone. Why do you trouble her? She has done a beautiful thing to me."

David Keddie continues our series on love by reflecting on Jesus' interaction with the woman at the well in John 4. 

Bill Boyce continues our series on John 13:34-35 by reflecting on the "hands of love"--what does it look like to reach out to others in love?

Chris Sallade continues our series meditating on John 13:34-35: "34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another: just as I have loved you, you also are to love one another. 35 By this all people will know that you are my disciples, if you have love for one another.”

David Keddie begins our new spring semester series on "Love" by reflecting on the words ofJesus in John 13:34-35, "A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another.  By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another.”

Chris Sallade gives a short Advent reflection on Matthew 2 during our special "Bring Him Your Gifts" Friday Night Fellowship meeting. 

David Keddie finishes our two-part Advent series on Simeon and Anna from Luke chapter 2.

Bill Boyce concludes our sermon series on the Beatitudes by reflecting on Matthew 5:10-12, "Blessed are those who are persecuted because of righteousness, for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you."

David Keddie continues our series on the Beatitudes, preaching from Matthew 5:9, "Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called sons of God."
