Jean conducts participatory research to build cohesive communities throughout the world. From 1976-1983 Janet directed the program in counseling psychology at the University of Queensland, in Brisbane, Australia. From 1983 to 2010 she served in the Research Department at the International Headquarters of the Bahaacute;'iacute; Faith in Haifa, Israel. Janet has published several books.
