How to Give Your Diet an Anti-Inflammatory Glow Up Without the Overwhelm
06/02/2026 Duración: 19minToday’s episode is a nice short, and practical episode as I know we’ve been very science heavy lately!I was having a conversation with a client this week, who would like to make some changes to her diet not just for endo, but due to some other health issues which would benefit from leaning towards more of an anti-inflammatory, Mediterranean style of eating. And often, we assume in this day and age of wellness, that changes need to be elaborate, restrictive or include lots of supplements, but often, we really need to get started first with the foundations.Affiliate PartnershipsDITTO - DITTO is a clinically studied PMS and PMDD supplement with 10 ingredients that target both the mental and physical challenges that come along with the menstrual cycle, developed by a PhD Nutrition Scientist. POTS and Dysautonomia 101
01/02/2026 Duración: 20minWelcome to our continued series exploring the trifecta of POTS, MCAS and h-EDS/hypermobility, and today we are basically doing a little POTS 101.POTS is a condition caused by a dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system. The autonomic nervous system is the part of our nervous system which governs involuntary actions of the body that essentially keep us alive and we don’t have to think about in order for them to happen, such as breathing, heart beat, blood pressure regulation, blood sugar regulation, digestion and so on.POTS is a type of dysautonomia (which is a spectrum of conditions and symptoms caused by this dysfunction of the autonomic nervous system) which causes a rapid increase in heart rate when going from sitting to standing. This change in heart rate is caused by pooling of blood in the lower body, which isn’t getting up to the heart and the brain like it normally should, resulting in the heart working harder to get the the blood moving. This reduced blood flow causes dizziness, breathlessness, fe

Postural Tachycardia Syndrome Diagnostic Pathway and Criteria
13/12/2025 Duración: 32minI recently did a couple of Instagram carousels about postural tachycardia syndrome or dysautonomia signs and symptoms I see in clients - and the response was absolutely overwhelming, unlike anything I have experienced before (and I’ve had my Instagram for about 12 or so years!). The post has been viewed over 120,000 times and has been saved around 500 times now. This is clearly something so many of you are struggling with, and I had a lot of people asking how to get diagnosed, or saying they’ve been dismissed by doctors. So, today’s episode is a bit of an emergency response to all of these requests.Affiliate PartnershipsDITTO - DITTO is a clinically studied PMS and PMDD supplement with 10 ingredients that target both the mental and physical challenges that come along with the menstrual cycle, developed by a PhD Nutrition Scientist. Evidence-Based Nutrients for PMS, PMDD, Endo Pain and ADHD, and the Gap Between Nutrition Research and Medicine with Alice van der Schoot of Ditto
22/11/2025 Duración: 01h05minAlice van der Schoot is a PhD nutrition scientist with a background in neuroscience. Her work brings together both fields to explore how nutrition can impact underlying mechanisms of PMS, PMDD, and period pain to reduce symptoms - from neurotransmitter function, to pain processing and inflammation. Recognising that valuable research often remains hidden in academic journals, Alice founded DITTO to address the disconnect between scientific evidence and meaningful solutions in menstrual health. DITTO has a clinically studied supplement formulated specifically for PMS, PMDD, and period pain, with key nutrients that may also support individuals with endometriosis. DITTO's social channels are also a platform for science communication - breaking down important research to make it accessible to those who need it most, and if you haven’t checked out her Instagram to see her coverage on research, I highly recommend you do!ReferencesDITTO linksWebsiteInstagram @ditto.daily20% discount code: ENDOBELLYAffiliate Par

Easy Interstitial Cystitis Trigger Food Swaps to Bring Joy and Flavour Back to Meals
25/10/2025 Duración: 14minThis episode was inspired by a recent Substack of mine. I have a section in my Substack called ‘What I’m eating lately’ and it’s just a section where I share healthy meal ideas that support us with endo and our many chronic illnesses. I shared how I had started using whole seeds instead of spices for my interstitial cystitis, and I got a really positive response from others who had struggled with bland meals since their IC developed. So, for those of you who aren’t aware, interstitial cystitis is also called Bladder Pain Syndrome, and is a condition that causes bladder pressure, frequent urination, poor bladder emptying, bladder pain and more, without a clear cause. It’s a co-condition of endometriosis, and it can be extremely debilitating to live with. I have multiple episodes on the condition, so if you want to deep dive into it, go on a scroll through my podcast feed, and I’ve linked a few below.Show Notes: This episode is sponsored by Mira, your at-home hormone testing device. 18/10/2025 Duración: 14minOkay, so we are travelling tomorrow and so I thought I’d just be doing a replay today because of time, but something happened with a client yesterday that I was so excited about, I really wanted to share. Now, I am going to be doing more about this in the future, so this isn’t going to be a deep dive episode as I just don’t have the time for that today, but I really wanted to get this info out there because I know so many of you are struggling right now with MCAS, POTS, ADHD and hEDS, that I just felt like I had to get something out there.Show Notes: Mira link20% discount: 2DJESS20Need more help or want to learn how to work with me?Free resources:This podcast! Study Spotlight: Dietary Modification and Supplement Use For Endometriosis Pain
03/10/2025 Duración: 26minToday we’re starting a new series and that’s looking into a major new endometriosis study, and doing a deep dive into the dietary changes and supplements it analysed and individually investigating each of them, so that we have a broader understanding of each of these tools.I won’t necessarily be doing one episode on the series every week, as there are many components of the study we’ll be looking at, so I don’t want to bore you guys with the same topic over and over, but expect us to dip in and out of this series over the next few months. Now, the study in question is: Dietary Modification and Supplement Use For Endometriosis PainThe study was a survey study, with 2858 participants, out of which 2388 had endometriosis. It is the largest international survey study we have to date, which is one of the reasons why it’s such a big deal.Show Notes: https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamanetworkopen/fullarticle/28319536-12 month 1:1 coaching programmeSingle sessions and mini coaching packagesNeed more help or want to

ADHD and Perimenopause in Endometriosis Patients with Dr Helen Wall
12/09/2025 Duración: 01h16minDr Helen Wall is an NHS doctor, who runs a menopause clinic and is passionate about spreading awareness of ADHD in women, especially in perimenopause. She is a resident doctor on the BBC and a columnist for Woman Magazine. With those of us with endo more likely to have ADHD, and symptoms worsening during perimenopause, I invited Dr Helen onto the show, to help us understand what ADHD is, how to look for the signs and symptoms, what we can expect of this condition during perimenopause and how to seek support and treatment. For those of you who aren’t aware, ADHD presents differently in women, and is often missed for decades, if not for a woman’s entire lifetime. I have seen first hand how undiagnosed ADHD can hugely impact quality of life, and how it worsens in my clients during perimenopause. As a result of what I’ve personally experienced and witnessed, I think that this is one of the most important interviews I’ve ever had on the show. Dr Helen is a wealth of knowledge and I highly recommend you follow her w
