Amy Schumer has only starred in two movies since her breakthrough in "Trainwreck," and "I Feel Pretty" almost seems more notorious for the reaction to its trailer than its actual existence. Steven Spielberg remains, improbably, one of the most energetic and fascinating directors still working, even at the age of 71. He might be slumming it with "Ready Player One," but what slumming it is. And don't miss the section with "The Shining." We also have two reboots this week, fittingly, both from the '80s. Two of the most important American filmmakers working today had movies released this weekend, and even though neither one of them made "Black Panther," they're worth digging into. First, Wes Anderson releases his "Isle of Dogs," which has taken some heat for supposed cultural appropriation but is still a film one of our critics thinks is his best. The Oscars are over, "Black Panther" is still dominating everything and the NCAA Tournament is about to begin. It's clearly March, and the first major release of March is Ava DuVernay's "A Wrinkle in Time." The movie comes with many good vibes, but Will and Tim are split on it. Yep, fine, you're still talking solely about "Black Panther." But two weeks later, there are still new movies being released. One even has Jennifer Lawrence! Her new spy vehicle "Red Sparrow" is out; we dig into it. Also, Eli Roth and Bruce Willis try to remake "Death Wish," with pretty terrible results. We have a long discussion about Netflix and what makes a movie a movie and, at last, the film that inspired that discussion, "The Cloverfield Paradox." Then we're off to the two new releases. First, it's the final chapter of the bewilderingly odd and occasionally amusing "Fifty Shades" franchise, "Fifty Shades Freed." After the wasteland of January, February at least brings us a little, with the Oscar-nominated "A Fantastic Woman," which Grierson praises.
