Today’s guest former junior college transfer Ryan Torain had as great an impact in two seasons as any running back in ASU history...a tough runner that is rarely brought down on first contact...a true all-around running back...often times hits defenders harder than they hit him...combines speed, strength, agility and soft hands...would likely have been an All-America and postseason awards candidate had he stayed healthy as a senior...earned second-team All-Pac-10 honors as a junior and was one of the Pac-10's elite backs in 2007 until his senior season was cut short midway through the year...ran for 1,229 yards in 2006, becoming ASU's first 1,000-yard runner since Delvon Flowers in 2001

Today’s special guest on Ray Ellis Sports is the Philadelphia Eagle’s All Pro Running Back Leonard Weaver. Weaver began his college football career in 2001 at Carson-Newman College Weaver was signed by the Seattle Seahawks as an undrafted free agent in 2005 and converted to the fullback position. In 2006 Weaver was named the Seahawks starting fullback. His first starting game was against the New Orleans Saints, A restricted free agent in the 2008 offseason, Weaver signed his one-year, tender offer on April 17. Weaver signed a one-year contract with the Philadelphia Eagles on March 20, 2009 and he was selected to the 2010 Pro Bowl as a starting fullback. During the season on his days off in Philadelphia , he volunteers to teach classes in nearby Camden New Jersey schools. Leonard's faith and community involvement are of great importance to him. Nicknamed The Bishop in college for his proclivity to spend free time traveling with a ministry in the off-season singing Christian themed R&B music. Mr. Weaver

Today former Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback and current Westwood One Sports commentator Mark Malone makes a guest appearance on Ray Ellis Sports. Mark and Ray discuss the NFL playoff games between the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles.
