The Browns drafted a quarterback No. 1 overall and now it's time to talk about the plan they have in place for Baker Mayfield. Head coach Hue Jackson has said repeatedly that Tyrod Taylor is the starter and there's no reason to not believe him at this point. Except Mayfield isn't going to just sit back and let it happen. No. 1 picks in the NFL usually play early, so Mary Kay Cabot and Dan Labbe discussed the Browns' quarterback plan and the way they have things structured around Mayfield.
