This week we go off the questions from the group.  We cover how to prevent burn out, whilst dealing with your scheduling. What to do when a long term client looses motivation, and isn't adherent after significant success at the start of the training phase with you. And touch on some up coming event of bodypower. This week we continue the conversation on managing clients expectations coming into your business, and some simple tips to improve we set them up with better outlooks and expectations working with you.

First one back in 2019. Today was a recording from the LIVE session we did on the Facebook group. This week me and Chris go into what he looks for and his view on assessing clients before training, how to apply this to the general population. And we touch on periodisation.

This week me and Ant talk through some simple and actionable points if you want to build you business in December. The second half of the podcast is discussing ideas that you can implement to retain client in December.
