  • Was It Very Purge-y Last Night?

    11/08/2020 Duración: 58min

What the hell was happening in Toledo last night? Probably nothing.  Rallies to get back IN schools. I got an answer for why Walmart is just using a single entrance. It makes some sense. The birthday boy Jeffy McGee is here with birthday themed movies for the Trailer Game, and Jeff has what we need to stream.

  • What Are You Doing Walmart!?

    10/08/2020 Duración: 01h01min

Sobriety? More like nobriety. Floyd's hang out went terribly wrong. He's a better person than I am for driving this dude home. Krazy Philly was everything I'd hoped for with their cheesesteaks. Floyd is back on Facebook. Just posting, not reading. Walmart...what are you thinking with your entrances!? Kids going back to schools are like STDs.  Naked lady on Bancroft. She needs help. A lot of criminals need help, not necessarily jail time. Officer Dia's father, considering a run for city council, has some really questionable Facebook posts. Janet, dreading this fall retrograde, is here with us! Floyd is supposed to be losing weight for his end of year surgery. Instead he's gaining.

  • I'm Sorry...

    07/08/2020 Duración: 01h46min

We ask you for an hour each day. That may be about THIRTY minutes more than you can actually gives us daily. Today we went for nearly two hours. I'm sorry. I'm also sorry while I was grabbing Youtube songs for the last part of the episode, some of their commercials sneaked in. You know I promise no songs, no commercials. I want to duel Bethany's brother and dog. Bethany what music do we need to know about from Tik Tok. Undisclosed was a big success for TSA. Schools likely to be all online to start.  Faking sick to get out of school, and to avoid political foes? Lots on Trump and his feelings and treatment of minorities. My Way Bistro on Monroe in Sylvania. Floyd dove into IG's Reels aka another thing Facebook stole. Ignorant people and how they got to be that way. Going to Thighland. Rated Game. Two kids getting into In The Air Tonight and what songs before we were born that we got into. Whew. Told you. TWO. HOURS.

  • Ever Seen A Jeep Gladiator

    06/08/2020 Duración: 44min

I was invited on the 419 Grind podcast yesterday. It was really an exhilarating time with Jesse Coleman. I was also reminded that I've never seen a Jeep Gladiator. Have you ever played sleep aid roulette. Floyd needs things to do on his mini-vacay next week. Mallory needed to bail on me again last night. Strong opinions we ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT TALK ABOUT. Floyd's Burt is back in the Floyd business. Facebook does what it always does; buys or copies its competitors. The Dia family gets to meet the LA Rams and may be on HBO's Hard Knocks. Floyd has real issues with his unreliable coworkers.  Walleye news.

  • U Can't Touch This (Episode)

    05/08/2020 Duración: 01h08min

Because of COVID, you can't touch this. That Beirut explosion. Oh Donald. Why did they let that air. Mulan is going to Disney+ for $30. There's a super nerdy part in this area of the episode you may want to FF through. Masks for kids in school. And an idea. Admittedly not a good idea, but an idea. Polish Ostrich cleverly pivots. Jaden is covering the President's visit tomorrow.

  • Relationship Advice

    04/08/2020 Duración: 01h01min

Floyd's going sober, for a little while. Delightful Bachelorette news. Why BET and other Black centric things exist. Relationship advice. Or at least reminders. Zombie cicadas! You're up. When is Hamilton coming? Jeffy McGee is here with the Trailer Game. Extreme weather events is the theme, then Jeff has what to watch on streaming!

  • Floyd Finally Forgoing Facebook!

    03/08/2020 Duración: 01h06min

How was the first weekend of bars ceasing alcohol at 10pm? For once and for all Floyd is finally done with Facebook. I have to apologize for defending someone 6 years ago. People from all over are coming for Ellen but HOLD UP. Adele and Rihanna could give us new music anytime now.  Today was St. John's first day back.  Janet Amid is here and she's concerned more than usual about an upcoming retrograde from September thru November.

  • DeWine's Alcohol Order

    31/07/2020 Duración: 01h31min

The TSA plan for back to school.  New Billie Eilish. New Beyonce. All things about bars having to shut down alcohol sales at 10pm.  With Bethany AND Phillipe on board, a ruthless version of The 5 Second Rule. Penis aesthetics. Some music we like, and the 10th anniversary of 1D. Things are OK with Mallory!

  • 'Life Is Too Busy Now. Sorry.'

    30/07/2020 Duración: 01h09min

Alex has info about Backpacks for Humans.  Which kinda ties into the tiny homes coming to Toledo. Slow down in Toledo neighborhoods. Widening 475 between Douglas and 23. Alex can get Hydroxychloroquine for her Lupus issues. Any ideas why? DeWine may close bars at 10p. I got another 'life is just too busy right now' from a girl I like.

  • Dueling Doctors Causing Chaos

    29/07/2020 Duración: 42min

Urine, sorry, you're in a luck. We've got a quick, but splendid episode today. Will Floyd head to Ashtabula or nah? Lots of drinking. Too much drinking, and eating. Thanks Ed Sheeran! But not drinking this new non-alcoholic option. Dueling epidemiologists. Including a doctor who talks about demon sperm and alien DNA.  MLB is a big, predictable mess. Spreading droplets. A local true crime podcast that's worth a listen.

  • 'Lean In' To This Episode

    28/07/2020 Duración: 01h11min

Lean in and the ~, popular new buzzwords you may be using. Floyd went to Cincy Crab, the place that took over the Big Boy on Secor. Update on Floyd's mannnnnsssss situation. A great retail addition coming to downtown Toledo. You're right. The mail has been weird. #TenettoToledo Jeffy McGee joins us for the Trailer Game. This week's theme is recent box office winners, at theaters that are open. How/when can we get back to attending theaters. Shows we loved as kids, and how hard it is to watch them now.

  • Millionaire + Primetime TV Game Shows

    27/07/2020 Duración: 01h10min

A lot of people are OVER the heat. It seems like another stimulus is going to happen. Netflix's Old Guard is worth a watch. Charlize Theron and an Ohio native as bad ass leads. Mallory and I couldn't connect over the weekend. It doesn't seem like anyone disliked Taylor's Folklore album. Regis Philbin passed away so we reminisce about Millionaire and other primetime TV game shows. Stranahan dance recital canceled, and people are pissed. Janet is here for Monday morning astrology and readings. Floyd wants this memoir, and writing one of his own.

  • Our Friday 'Entanglement'

    24/07/2020 Duración: 01h05min

Famous doctors, Keanu Reeves movies, Things you'd do with a drone in a 5 Second Rule. Preview of the art and more at TSA's Undisclosed.  Bethany on whether Jeffree Star is a terrible human. Taylor's got new music but crickets from Kanye. Summer songs we're feeling. It hasn't been a big story but Jada Smith's entanglement with her daughter's friend.  A pukey, prenatal chiropractic visit. Weekend things.

  • The Blade's True Crime Podcast

    23/07/2020 Duración: 09min

It's a podcast previewing a podcast! The talented Kaitlin Durbin from the Blade has created Code 18: Unsolved. There are nearly 400 unsolved homicides in Toledo dating back to 1950. What’s it going to take to finally solve them? Maybe a podcast. The Blade is launching a new audio series, Code: 18: Unsolved, to take a deep dive into these mysteries in an attempt to help solve them.  Each season, we pick one cold case and re-examine what facts are known, with help from Toledo police, and re-interview witnesses about what they remember. We’re looking for anything that may have been missed or withheld as we carefully piece together a victim’s last known moments and try to make sense of the gap between life and death. The first case, launching Monday, tells the story of Alvin Edwin Darrow Jr., who went missing three years ago today — July 27, 2017.

  • Masks AND Glasses. UGH.

    23/07/2020 Duración: 01h14s

Well, it was a good run of six years of not needing glasses. Us on Kim discussing Kanye's thing. Demi Lovato is engaged.  Alex is finding out how hard is it to hunt for and a buy a house. High school sports? When there'll barely be any school. Happy Mask Mandate day in Ohio!

  • The New ONLY IN TOLEDO

    22/07/2020 Duración: 49min

I'm a patriot!? Who knew. Floyd had a massive sugar drop the other day. A famous Ohioan went to visit Kanye in Wyoming. Winn Dixie reverses course on masks. Because of course. I hate Only In Toledo in posts, so maybe this will make that more of a positive phrase, rather than so snarky and disparaging. Anna Camp from Pitch Perfect took her mask off and got COVID. Orlando Bloom's dog is missing, and he's offering a reward.

  • A Maskless Wild West

    21/07/2020 Duración: 29min

No Floyd, or Jeff today. They're both under the weather. There is ONE supermarke you can shop at where they don't require you to wear a mask. They don't want to cause undue friction for their workers, but is that doing just that or a recipe for confrontation? Call me a germaphobe if you want, I've long ago turned my body into the Tik Tok sensation Kooty Key. Maybe it's worth the $13 though. In the highly hoax-a-riffic times, the coin shortage, and its conspiracies. Oy! Two marquee area events I've never been to.

  • Furloughfest 2020 is Over. We're Back (Again)

    20/07/2020 Duración: 01h02min

Introducing 'Mallory'! And 'Burt'. Hopefully they last longer than the usuals. So far so good. Masks, masks, everywhere. I bought FOUR from Teepublic this morning. I hope my face isn't too small for them. Why Jeffree Star is apologizing. Kanye SHOULD be apologizing for what he said about Harriet Tubman during a scattered campaign rally. Justin and Jessica had baby number two. Backpacks for Humans, by Nate Welke, helping out the homeless community.  I have an idea/question to help get kids safely back in school. Janet Amid is here for some readings and more astrology.

  • Breast Feeding Questions

    10/07/2020 Duración: 01h07min

TIDDIE TAWK is at the end of the episode. First up, new Kid Cudi and Eminem.  Back for the first time in a couple weeks, THE FIVE SECOND RULE.  If you'll listen to anyone, listen to Bill Nye. Here come the mask mandates. Floyd is loving Bellwether.  His Philly friend is in town and he's using a lot of Philly words.  Recovery efforts on for Naya Rivera's body. Cedar Point makes for a looooooooooooooong wait.  We have so much questions about Bethany nursing her daughter when she arrives.

  • Conflict Over Cancel Culture

    09/07/2020 Duración: 01h12min

HEADS UP. Skip to the ~40:00 mark for our discussion about the Harper's Weekly letter addressing free speech and cancel culture. I woke up to the news Glee's Naya Rivera is missing. Batwoman has found its Ruby Rose replacement. I'm being used as a work reference, but I have a question about talent acquisition specialists.  The Durty Bird closed up (for now) because of COVID. It's Cedar Point's opening day. Don't die in the heat. And don't...scream on rides? Alex is house hunting, but preapproval has held her up. OK, long serious discussion. Harper's Weekly released a letter signed by lots of authors, writers and thinkers basically about cancel culture. Our discussion about it.
