  • MDOT with Katy Gdula

    05/12/2022 Duración: 01h31min

Katlyn is a Mindset Mentor who I stumbled upon on TikTok and have been keeping up with for awhile now. Many have fit the description of the podcast title, and Katlyn (Katy) is definitely one of those people. She is definitely an overthinker, and we could have kept talking all day if this were a Joe Rogan podcast. However, I like to keep the episodes limited to 1 to 1.5 hours and we barely went over with all the edits. Katy and I discussed a lot over our Zoom podcast session, including (but not limited to) self love, self acceptance, self awareness, the importance of discipline, and giving Katy the opportunity to break down her very deep viral video which can be seen here: https://www.tiktok.com/@katlyng/video/7161621199582203179?is_copy_url=1&is_from_webapp=v1 Follow Katlyn on TikTok: @katlyng https://www.tiktok.com/@katlyng
