Jesus demonstrates true service to others by giving His life; His disciples must reject their self-serving tendencies and follow Him.

Jesus addresses the question regarding eternal life and instructs the disciples about future rewards in heaven.

Jesus addresses very difficult issues with ease and authority.

Jesus recognizes the failure of his disciples but continues to provide examples and instruction for their benefit.

Jesus calls for a decision from his disciples regarding his identity as the Son of Go.d

Jesus continues to prove that he alone can make people well despite the challenges from opponents and the dullness of his disciples.

Mark 7:1-30 - Jesus clarifies the difference between the commandments of God and the traditions of men, proving that his teaching is correct and authoritative.

Jesus performs miracles that continue to demonstrate his compassion and amaze his followers.
