Ephraim Sykes is what we call in  sports as a 5 tool  player, but he holds that label in two fields, sports and the arts, While attending Gibbs High School in St. Petersburg, FL, he was a dancer, a musician, a basketball and football player. He graduated from the Alvin Ailey/Fordham University BFA program with departmental honors and toured with the Ailey II company for two years. His TV/film credits include Marvin in HBO’s Vinyl, , Marvel’s Netflix series Luke Cage, Leave It on the Floor, ,  30 Rock.the feature film Detroit, and as Seaweed J. Stubbs on NBC’s Hairspray Live  He made his Broadway debut in The Little Mermaid and was in the original casts of Hamilton: An American Musical, Memphis, Newsies, and Motown The Musical. Steve Seftel who was born  in Kitchener, Ontario where he starred as a Midget with the hometown Greenshirts and with the OHL's Kingston Canadians. He was taken 40th overall by the Washington Capitals s in 1986 and scored a personal high 32 goals during his last junior season in 1987-88. During his first two pro seasons he established himself as a  two-way hard working forward with the Baltimore Skipjacks of the AHL. In 1990-91 he was recalled for four NHL Games and notched 22 goals in the minors. Injuries limited him to 18 games the next season and forced him to retire.He tells his story  about his hockey odyssey and passion for the game in a tremendous new book Shattered Ice. Bobby Valentine is the man who is still considered by many the greatest all-around athlete in Connecticut history. He was an All-State player in football, baseball and track and field in High School, and is the only three-time All-State football player in Connecticut history. The Los Angeles Dodgers drafted him number five overall in the 1968 Major League Baseball draft He would go on to play 10 years for the Los Angeles Dodgers (1969, 1971–72), California Angels (1973–75), New York Mets (1977–78), and Seattle Mariners (1979) and managed another 16 with the Texas Rangers, New York Mets which included a trip to the World Series, and the Boston Red Sox, He is currently the athletic director at Sacred Heart University, He joins Mark to remember the life of Al Jackson. Dick Tracewski has done it all in the game of baseball, as he had been a player, coach and manager. During his  career, he was an infielder for the Los Angeles Dodgers and Detroit Tigers appearing in over 600 games over eight seasons , he was a four-time World Series champion as a player and coach. He participated in three World Series as a player: two with Los Angeles (1963, 1965) and one with Detroit (1968). He was the starting second baseman in the Dodgers' four-game sweep of the Yankees in 1963, and also started four games at second during the seven-game 1965 classic. He also served as first-base coach for the Tigers in the 1984 World Series.
