Susan was among the first women in the country to become a journey-level electrician in union construction, and for four decades she has endeavored to understand, frame, convey and advance issues of tradeswomen. Catherine O’Donnell is Associate Professor of History at Arizona State University and she writes about religion, culture, and politics in early America and the Atlantic World. Sister Betty Ann McNeil belongs to the Daughters of Charity Province of St. Louise.
