The most acclaimed animated film of 2019 is now an Oscar nominee for Best Animated Feature and Best Original Song. "Clemency" debuted earlier this year at the Sundance Film Festival and has been making its way through various other festivals before opening in limited release this past week. At its center is a wonderful performance from Academy Award nominee Alfre Woodard but under the strong direction of Chinonye Chukwu.
