Dear Steve and Shirley, I have a situation that has become a huge frustration in my life and I need advice on setting healthy boundaries with a good friend, so that I don’t seem like a prude, which I’ve been called. I have a good friend who seems to be having a problem with alcohol lately. I don’t care what people do in their own homes and on their own time, however, when you include me in your mess by calling me drunk and belligerent and I can’t understand what you’re saying, then you’ll have to hear my mouth when you sober up.
