K. Cartoon and Rx Phonics analyze the good and the bad of the Men Going Their Own Way (MGTOW) movement due to a question D.C. The Great posed about relationships, blue pill philosophy and red pill philosophy. K. Cartoon then discusses "Everyday Millionaires" by author Chris Hogan which sparks a great talk on finances.

Laura Ingraham dedicated a segment to late rapper Nipsey Hussle's memorial on her show as she joked, laughed and mocked him for a song by rap artist YG featuring Nipsey called FDT (F*ck Donald Trump). K. Cartoon and Rx Phonics share their sentiments on her coverage. Finally, in the spirit of Game Of Thrones being back The Apes talk about who in their life would be in their war council and who would be in their peace council.

Kevin Hart's new Netflix special "Irresponsible" is getting a bit of backlash due to some of the unapologetic jokes that it contains. K. Cartoon and Rx Phonics give their take on it as a whole and also address some of what is being said about it by some people including Vice News. Then the discussion shifts to the trailer for "Joker" starring Joaquin Phoenix. The Apes go over how inspiration for the movie was drawn from "Taxi Driver" starring Robert De Niro and how some of the themes of that movie are frighteningly common in today's society and how those things may cause mass shooters. 

K. Cartoon and Rx Phonics cover the recent and untimely death of California rapper and Grammy nominee Nipsey Hussle. The Apes approach the topic from many different angles highlighting the authentic person that Nipsey Hussle was and the spiritual and philosophical legacy that he leaves behind after being shot 6 times outside of his clothing store in Los Angles.  

The Apes talk about Robert Mueller finding no evidence that President Donald Trump and his administration conspired or coordinated with Russia to influence the 2016 elections. K. Cartoon and Rx Phonics then get into a philosophical conversation about freedom, purpose and how that can be a recipe for human greatness.

Robert Mueller has delivered the long awaited final report on his investigation into whether or not there was Russian interference with President Trump or his administration in the 2016 election. There will be no further indictments and it is now in the hands of Attorney General William Barr to reveal the principal conclusions of the Mueller Report. K. Cartoon and Rx Phonics break down this current news. 

Hanging with Apes talk about the aftermath of the New Zealand Christchurch mosque mass shooting attacks that killed 50 people. Did the media handle the coverage of this horrific act appropriately? Should it be social media's duty to choose whether or not to limit or even let you watch and share videos on their platforms? Is Trump or Chelsea Clinton's rhetoric to blame for these acts? Finally, K. Cartoon and Rx Phonics reminisce about being kids and whether or not growing up is a trap. 

K. Cartoon and Rx Phonics deconstruct Gayle King's infamous R. Kelly interview as well as her interview with his two girlfriends, Azriel Clary and Joycelyn Savage, on "CBS This Morning." Furthermore, The Apes take a philosophical look into societal standards and if a good standard of success is what is needed to better guide young people in today's day in age. 

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez declines to denounce Venezuelan dictator, Nicolas Maduro, and criticizes U.S. interventionism instead. The Apes give their take on this situation and then talk about Mia Khalifa cursing out the host of Tampa Bay's 102.5 "The Bone" radio show after he respectfully brings up her past as a porn star. 

R. Kelly is charged with 10 counts of aggravated sexual assault and has trouble bailing himself out of jail. The Apes analyze how this whole situation has unfolded. The guys then break down their thoughts on an old vogue article, by Karley Sciortino, titled "How Did I Become the Last Single Person in My Friend Group?" which was critiqued by YouTube channel 'Turd Flinging Monkey' in a video called "Confessions of a Cum Dumpster."

The guys give their thoughts on Jussie Smollet's MAGA Hoax. Apes then explore how individuals and journalists can self reflect to be better at taking in information and reporting information to the masses. Trump declares a national emergency to get border wall funding, was this a good move? Finally, do the Democrats have a winning formula against Trump? If so, what are the chances that a Democratic candidate wins in 2020?

The Apes talk about Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez's Green New Deal. The environmental parts of this proposal are the headlining plans but it's the social programs that come along as a package deal that have some worried. Furthermore, a Chicago task force recommends $1,000 a month for struggling families. The Apes give their thoughts on the philosophy behind universal basic income and whether or not it would be a good idea. Finally, Denver is so expensive that teachers have to get other jobs just to make ends meet. K. Cartoon and Rx Phonics share some ideas that can alleviate financial strain when times are hard. 

The Super Bowl between the New England Patriots and Los Angeles Rams was a boring low scoring game according to most people but the Apes talk about why they disagree. The guys then give their opinion on the Fyre Festival documentaries on Netflix (Fyre: The Greatest Party That Never Happened) and Hulu (Fyre Fraud). Which one was better and why? The guys analyze the themes that are explored in both documentaries from the social media influence to late capitalism.

VICE's "The Young Black Conservatives of Trump's America" documentary has shed a light on a growing movement among young black people who have been drawn to the Republican Party. The Apes break down the video and give their thoughts on what they saw. On the other hand, Trump has reopened the government for three weeks without funding for his border wall. Many big name's in Trump's base like Ann Coulter have been very critical of this move. Is this a chess move by Trump or is this a sign that there will be no border wall funding? The guys discuss what they think will happen next. 

A video surfaces on the internet involving dozens of Covington Catholic High School students chanting while a young man in a Make American Great Again hat stands face to face with a Native American man beating a drum. The media loses their mind and paint the Covington High School students as kids trying to intimidate a poor Native American man. Was this assessment correct or have journalists failed to do their homework yet again? U.S. Californian Senator Kamala Harris decides to run for President in 2020 and her followers are excited but are they talking policy? The Apes break it down and give their take.

Patriots vs Chiefs and Saints vs Rams, the NFL Conference Championships are all set and K. Cartoon and Rx Phonics discuss them briefly and also make their Super Bowl predictions. The Apes then move into a back and forth about the New York Times article that implies that President Trump is a Russian operative and how many major media outlets are reacting to it. Finally the episode delves into a CNN clip that seems to suggest that singer R. Kelly shouldn't have the right to due process in the midst of his current allegations.

Along with the firestorm of outrage that has accompanied the Liftime documentary mini series "Surviving R. Kelly", Chicago MC Chance The Rapper has found himself in hot water due to some comments he made about black women as victims in an interview. After this topic is discussed in depth the Apes segue into a back and forth about President Trump's proposed wall and how he referenced the wall from the hit HBO show 'Game of Thrones" on Twitter which caused some humorous uproar. Finally the episode closes with a video seen on Worldstar Hip-Hop where 100 people are asked to reveal how much money they make and how that ties into life decisions and what it means to be smart?

The Audio Apes reflect on the good and the bad of 2018. A year of great music from Kanye West, Pusha T, Eminem, Fall Out Boy and more to a year with a few movie gems like "Vice" and "Mission Impossible: Fallout," had the guys happily entertained. Furthermore, the guys thank everyone who has stayed tuned and enjoyed every episode as they look into 2019 with growth in mind from a personal level all the way to the podcast. A clip from a 2011 HBO special "Talking Funny" resurfaces in which comedian Louis CK uses the N-Word in a discussion about the craft comedy with fellow comedians Chris Rock, Jerry Seinfeld and Ricky Gervais. Many people that have vocalized their outrage about this clip are putting most of the blame on Chris Rock for "allowing" Louis CK to get away with saying it. K. Cartoon and Rx Phonics then shift the conversation to NBA superstar LeBron James catching backlash for posting lyrics referencing Jewish money from a 21 Savage song and the subsequently apologizing for it. Then the Hanging With Apes hosts briefly talk about the Christmas time movie "It's a Wonderful Life" and some of the important lessons about life that it teaches. The Apes look back at the 1990 American Christmas comedy film, Home Alone, and delve into it's philosophical themes. Finally, the Apes question if society is trying to sway men to be Beta instead of Alpha males!
