It's not rocket science, however - with all of the guessing and estimations being publicized online and within the TV sphere, I see some interesting things happening. First and foremost, most of the real estate news consuming public are being misled. They are being provided information that is meant to influence some type of buying or selling decision. Some of the portals are saying now is the best time to buy and the best time to sell.  That could be true, but it's not without some clarification.I hope you follow along with me and let me know what your status is and when you or someone you know needs my assistance.

We have 12 things that I think you might want to do or at least look into some of them with reference to home ownership owning your residents. And if you happen to be renting, maybe you can talk to your landlord about it. But these things are going to potentially protect your home throughout the fall in the winter months. Now in southern California, we usually don't get that bad weather, but there are a few things on this list that I would maintain every year on residence as I own, just to make sure that we don't have any issues. So the first thing, looking around your residents, I don't know how your windows are, but you might want to kind of go have a look, see if anything's broken.

We're gonna have another buyer video where, where I'm talking about how I walk through residences. When I'm representing my clients as real estate buyers and things, I point out the things you should be looking for, and hopefully your agent knows what to look for and if not, gimme a call. So I can be that agent. All right, we're gonna talk about windows, fog and seals. Whenever I'm going through a residence, besides what I'm looking for outside, I'm looking at the H V a C. I'm looking for the air conditioning unit, the, the compressor outside. If it happens to be out there not roof mounted, I'm looking in cabinets. I'm looking under sinks, I'm smelling all my senses are alive. Also my visual sense is alive. 

When I'm showing homes and real estate, there are so many things that I look at. And from my "experience", slope can be one of the most costly items that most people don't consider. Here is something that creates issues when home buyers are looking at homes. What their agent chooses to say and not to say. If their agent is trying to get them to buy a home, even when their agent see's that the home has some disfunction, that is a problem.That is something that bothers me a lot. In fact, when I'm showing real estate to my home buyers, I find that they really appreciate when I point out things to them that are wrong with the home. That is what my job is. Homes and real estate in the Santa Clarita Valley and greater Los Angeles areas is moving fast, but nowhere as fast as it did Quarter 1 and 2 of this year. Due to schools becoming in session again, the market slowed as we get into the holiday season as well. When a home buyer submits a request for repairs on a home they are buying, sometimes the process breaks down due to them getting bad advice from their friends, family or even their agent.A proper request for repairs should be about items that are health and safety concerns. There are so many things to look at when buying a home and when you have someone who you can trust by your side, things tend to go better.When it comes to buying a Santa Clarita home, the roof - that is very important. What can you as a new buyer look for? This is the beginning of the week, and I'm very excited to present a lot of information regarding the market, but let's talk about inventory track back to March April, we had two hundred and twenty two hundred thirty total active units on the market for sale. And that was really pretty much indicative of the real estate market here in Santa Clarita through Valencia Stevenson ranch. So as new hall canyon country Castaic, those particular six cities here in Santa Clarita valley, very low inventory. Fast forward to now we have about three times that amount, about 530 active units on the market for sale. We also have the coming soon variety. Nine of those are coming soon.
