    On this episode I am talking with former Delta Force operator, Tom Satterly, and his wife, Jen Satterly. Tom spent 20 years with Delta Force, and like some of the other guests I have had on, Tom was part of the Battle of Mogadishu, which many people know as the Black Hawk Down incident. Jen was a photographer assigned to document special operations when she met Tom. The two were eventually married. Together, they run the All Secure Foundation, which helps victims of PTSD in various ways, including retreats; which we get into on the episode. Tom has written a book called All Secure, and Jen has written a book called Arsenal of Hope, both of which I highly recommend you check out.     On this episode of the podcast I am talking with Brad Thomas, a veteran of the 75th Ranger Regiment and Delta Force. Brad served in the Battle of Mogadishu, made famous by the book and movie Black Hawk Down, and later did several deployments with Delta in the Global War on Terror. Growing up on the East Coast playing guitar, Brad thought that his original path would be music. But like many young adults, he ended up joining the Army to pursue a high adrenaline job (he even told the recruiter flat out that he wanted to try out for Delta). Brad would eventually get what he wanted and joined Delta. And he eventually would get to pursue his other passion: music, with his band Silence and Light.
