    This is an impromptu IG live where self-confidence became the centre of the debate. I genuinely believe that it's not a matter of knowing exactly what to do. It just like having a general understanding of things. If you want to lose weight - eat less calories. You don't need a PhD for that. You should burn more calories, you don't need a PhD for that as well. But the fact that most of us actually know this, but don't do much about it shows that there's a deeper underlying issue; which comes from the mindset. And this is where a lot of the work needs to be done. Most people actually will lose weight and put it back on. Or some people actually never lose the weight. So there is a huge issue. The mindset battle, it starts with again getting your head right in the game. Like start projecting yourself in the future. Chiara is based in Sheffield where she coaches and have an online coaching platform. Her blog let’s you into her world where she shares her story with its ups and down. Being a “chubby” kid, she has been on a diet since the age of 12! Her environment wasn’t necessary helping, constantly reminding her of the way she looked. As a result, she became rebellious to the “you need to lose weight” and fortified her position against any change. One day, she stood up, looked at herself in the mirror and decided to do something.
